Rating: Nice Idea

When we travel we always use TSA locks because they can be opened by TSA without breaking them. And now most TSA crews know what they are and have stipped cutting them off anyway. We needed a couple more and these looked nice because you never know until you open your stuff if somebodys been in there. I suppose its ttoo much to hope that if TSA knows you will know they looked that they might leave things neater. At any rate, they work and do what they say.

If you are shipping your case anywhere you should have a tsa approved lock. Its a lock that has a place for them to put their key in to do and inspection. If you do not be prepared for them to cut your lock so they can see whats inside. And you will only find out when you pick up your luggage

Ive been using these for years and just bought two more. I like that you can see if the TSA opened the lock. They work well and last.

What can I say about locks? If you try to provide your own, non-TSA locks, you risk damage to your bags. Go with the flow! Good price from Scuba.com

seem a little cheaply made but all in all ok, one broke off on its first return trip, might try to find one that is more sturdy
