This is a serviceable and sturdy mask bag. I had to move and re-sew the velcro on the side pocket because it was situated in such a way that you could not close the pocket tight, and anti-fog, etc., would easily fall out. The free anti-fog that came with it is in my save-a-dive kit, and I have not used it.

Rating: Protection for your masks.

These bags provide some additional protection for those of us with multiple masks. I actually travel with two. One with corrective lenses and one without. I always worried about scratching the lenses with the factory supplied hard plastic case. Their small inteerior did not allow me to wrap them in any protective material. This bags allow me the additional room to wrap the lenses to ensure my expensive masks stay perfect for a long time.

I bought two of these bags for our Z Quad masks. They barely fit into the bag. These mask bags might be better suited for a beginner or snorkle type of mask. As far as the defog went, we had several dives in Cozumel & never had a problem using the pink laundry detergent the dive boats use. But the one time I used this gel defog.... well, it was the ONLY time I had mask fogging issues. In fact I couldnt get my mask cleared at all & had to bail out on the dive because we were going through to many tunnels for me to have limited sight. lol

Rating:  Too small for mask

Im not very happy with this mask bag. It seems too small for my mask, I think it will cramp the mask and cause scratches. Also, there is no structural support for my mask when it is in my mask bag. I should have saved the money and just continued to use my hard plastic box the mask came in.

Very nice product. My mask fits quite well in it and is protected by ample padding, and the snorkel lays across the top and under the velcro closure with no problem. Theres a side pocket for whatever mask defog you use, and the 500psi mask defog that comes with the case works well. I highly recommend this product.

I thought the mask bag would be hard (protect the mask better when were traveling), but is is soft-sided. However, I love the pockets on either side to hold things like defogger, etc.
