This was the prefect addition to my 7mm wet suit. I was using a 5mm hooded vest that comes down to your waist and it just wasnt cutting it. Now with 14mm from shoulders to thighs Im toasty warm in 48 degree water. The only thing that I will still use my 5mm H/V is for Ab diving. Thx...Bare & Scuba.com. It was money well spent...Happy Diving.
