Great performance. Very warm even in 43 degree F water. Easy to move in. Easy to don (I wear a lycra skin when donning.) I have been needing more weight when diving - it seems more bouyant which may mean it insulates better. The key pocket on the inside is a great feature to hold car key when doing a shore dive. Workmanship is excellent. I am very satisfied and would recommend it to a friend.

Combined with the Henderson 7mm farmer john, this is a great 2 piece system for the price. The construction is great and already with ~ 40 dives on the suit, it still looks new, and doesnt seem to be compressed at all. With regular water temps in the low 50s (F), below the thermocline, this suit keeps the chill at bay for a descent amount of time.

I have never used a wet wuit befor, I was amazed that the water was so cold that I could only keep my bear hand in it for a few minutes. With the suit I could stay under the water for a couple of hours and not get cold. My brother and I were sharing the suit, but we will be buying another befor our next trip. thank you scuba.com

Henderson makes great products. I think their sizing chart is a little off though. By my measurements the chart recommended a size 12-14, however I ended up in a size 8. Call the shop (like I should have done) and discuss sizing with them. They have great customer service.

I have the jacket coupled with the long johns, I used them to dive northern lake michigan temps in the 40C range, it performed very well! For nearshore snorkeling I rarely feel the need for both. They fit and are sized exceptionally well.

Henderson makes some of the best wetsuits. The wetsuit is comfortable to wear and fits a person with larger arms just great. Their 1mm microprene is also great as a stand-alone in warmer water or as more insulation in cold water.

This was my first purchase of a 7MM suit and I dont think I could have made a better slection. I was prepared to go into cold water ,but with this suit I hardley felt cold at all. I would definitly recomend this suit.

Living in Central Oregon the water is cold and having a 7mm suit is wonderful and fit is great. The ease of entry is a plus I would recommend it to everybody who does not like to get cold.

never buy a wet suit online.not only do you get to pay double for shipping if it dosnt fit,you have the added expense of reordering a wet suit that fits,cheers
