If you are thinking about buying this suit as a 7mm and you are between sizes on the sizing chart, choose the larger size. Also, the material used for this suit was pretty stiff. I would have loved it if I got it in a 3mm, but I couldnt move as freely in the 7mm. Other than that it seemed to be made great. But I actually had to return it because it didnt fit.
