Even though Brightstar is distributed worldwide - Brightstar ceased distribution in the North America market in 2010
Although most Brightstar equipment can still be serviced/repaired through their former service network.
For fastest service please visit to your local Brightstar authorized retailer/service center. They are in the best position to service your needs.
If you purchased your Brightstar equipment through us 100% of your warranty is still intact as long as you have your original receipt and proof that you have maintained your normal annual service schedule.
If you do not have an authorized
retailer/service center close by or you purchased the equipment from us and your
equipment is covered by the warranty. You can send the equipment to us for service.
We were an authorized retailer/service center and all service/repairs and will be
serviced by factory trained technicians – to factory specifications and are tested

Remember to always return any equipment insured and to include your name, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, return shipping address, proof of warranty if the product is covered and a short description of the necessary repairs needed.
