Thank you for your interest in Scuba.com Instructor Credit Program. This program allows you, the Instructor, to earn store credit the easy way.

Here's How To Earn Store Credit:

1) Simply submit the form below or print out this page and fill out the application below to apply for your Scuba.com Identification Number and mail the form into our Corporate Office located at 1752 Langley Avenue, Irvine CA 92614.

2) Once you have received your identification number, give it to all your students. In order for you to receive credit for their purchases, they MUST tell one of our sales associates your PIN # at the time of their purchase.

3) After your student makes his or her purchase, our computers will reward your account with 3% of your student's total purchase. These rewards will accumulate until you wish to cash them in for store credit.

How To Cash-In Your Store Credit:

1) Fill out and check the Store Credit Box on this application.

2) Within 2 - 3 weeks you will receive your Store Credit Certificate. Your certificate will consist of an accumulated total from all of our stores.

3) You can either save up your certificates for a later date or spend it right away.
