i am a swim coach and masters competitive swimmer. i live and train in coastal central florida. i either need protection from the sun when we swim during the daylight hours or for warmth against ocean breezes and ping temps as the sun goes down when we train later in the day as winter approaches. the ocean quest rash guard absolutely fits the best, holds its shaped all around and does not hinder swim motions at all. several of my team have purchased this brand on my recommendation.

the only thing is that if you are used to feel comfortable with with 3xl this shirt in this size might be bit tight but still its was good even under water but i recomend go 1 size bigger than the one that you are used to wear

This product fits well and works well. I use the rash guard under my full suit when diving and three times a week by itself when I do my exercise swim. The thing I like most about this one is that the sleeves stay snug to my wrist and are not giving out and stretching while swimming like other brands that I have used. I swim in an outsdie work out pool and it helps keep me warm. In fact I will be buying another as a back up.

Great for warm water diving. Did however retain an offensive smell after wearing under a wetsuit. Needs anti-oder technology like the Nike and Under Armour rash guards have.

Sizing is way off. Ordered a large and it was too small ro put on let alone actually wear. It did fit my 12 yo son. I am not a big man. 59", 165#
