Sherwood tank protector.

Plastic is hard and very slippery. It does not grip onto the tank at all. I was hoping that you could keep it on the tank and buckle it onto the B.C. No way! The tank would just slip right out. Its only use would be to stop your tank from transportation damage.

This product was the answer for our particular need, I used them on Carbon Fiber SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) bottles. The bottles are vulnerable to damage from impact with each other and other objects while working in confined spaces. This product will help with the lifespan of the tank. Will do the same with Aluminum or Steel tanks too.

Thank You for the Sherwood Tank Mesh Protector I received. I order the black mesh protector and found the item to be high quality. The black mesh is fairly thick soft plastic and fits very well around my yellow aluminum 80, and looks good too. I highly recommend this product as great way to proctect you tank and look good at the same time.

I purchased two mesh tank covers for my new 120 Aluminum tanks. I warmed then up in soapy water and they slid on with no problems. The orange color ofset the electric blue of the tanks.

tank mesh - what can be said about these? They are what the look like. The fit my HP 100 cylinders just fine after i soaked them in warm water. They sit snugly.

It fit on the tank very easily and was easy to trim down to the correct size. Its a brand new Faber steel 100, so I want it to stay looking as nice as possible for as long as possible.

Wonderful product! A little hard to fit on my steel 95, but after some prying it went on. Needed cut down a bit at the top so it didnt hang over, but its not hard to cut through.

Tanks probably endure the most wear-and-tear of any of our gear. The mesh protector keeps the dings and scratches off the finish. Plus it just looks good.

Mesh protector is easy to install but you do need a good grip to get it over the tank. The color makes it easy to pick you tank out of several.
