Good buy to protect your computer - We dive shore dives in Bonaire and it sure does protect the face of the computer. Ours were so beat up after the last trip, but after removing the old ones the screen was completely scratch free.

So rough on my gages while diving!! It was so nice to order a new protective guard and it fits perfect!!! My gages still look like new:) Awesome buy!!!

We purchased 3 Data Max Pro Plus 2 Gauge Gaurds, one for each of our computers and one for our Advance Dive Instructor, as a small gift. Very nice. Initially I thought it was a pain because of the air bubbles but one under water the bubbles disappear. It is a great way to preserve the integerity of the computer face.

i felt that these covers were well worth the money to protect the clear read out on my computer. it did not adhere the first time i applied it. i tried again only i added a of dish soap and it stuck like hell. there wer no instruction for the install.

I wish I had gotten this before my computer hit the water for the first time. It would have saved the couple of scratches it sustained before appling the guard.

I talked to the dive pro/salesman at scuba.com and told thim I was looking for a guage guard for the Oceanic Pro Plus 2 console. This it what he sold me. When I opened the shipment I found it to be just another plastic display cover - and nothing else. I will take the blame however as I admit I didnt check out the description online and perhaps I didnt make it clear I wanted underwater protection for the ENTIRE unit. Im still not sure anyone makes such a beast. Just remember this is the same piece of clear plastic which comes with your new console and that covers the display area only and NOT anything that adds protection to the case of the unit itself. My bad!

Works great. Its the same gauge guard as is shipped with the product. To seal correctly you can not have any sand or other paricles under the guard. Its easier to get a good seal if its wet.
