My Status:Diligently working toward the AOWD cert. Only 5 dives to go! Night diving 30 Jun 11!
Favorite Dive Gear
Atomic, Oceanic, SeaQuest, XS ScubaAtomic Split fins really do save air, and legs. They are easier to kick than my paddle fins, since I borrowed my buddy´s fins one day.
Favorite Dive Locations
So far, just Anacapa Island. Would like to see some warm water sites, though. Thousand Steps is not a bad beach dive. Nice kelp forest, and tons of wildlife. Seals and fish make diving fun!
Anything with gear!
Speed skating, skydiving, parasailing, flying, scuba, storm chasing, covert military ops.
Favorite TV Shows
Back to the Future, Superman, Star Trek
All we are is dust in the wind, dude.

How go the classses?
15 or 20 ft of vis off the shore in Ca. is never a bad thing though.
Gaviota was nothing really but sand, ´cept west of the pier. Was a smallish kelp forest, with huge snails. Many crabs all over bottom. 20ft vis.
Refugio is cold and clear. 15 ft visibility, but not much to see, cept sand. Maybe I ought to move west a bit?
Diving this weekend. Hope the weather holds up. Nice temps today!
Welcome to the Dive Slates!
