Iggy's Dive Slate

  • Hey Iggy, I“ve been diving just a few years...maybe 3 or 4. When you go to the Keys you MUST go to John Pennekamp State Park (this is famous for the statue of Jesus they dropped down there...pretty cool!) and also Looe Reef Sanctuary. It“s the only ““nature made““ reef left in the Keys and there are so many fish and gorgeous corals to see. We always go out of Strike Zone Charters for our Looe Reef rips. Have a great time!!

  • O and when you get into the Keys at the top, stop at one of the Information Station places and grab a coupon book. They have maps in the back that shows you the Florida Keys Shipwreck Trail. It goes the entire length of the Keys. I would suggest ““Adolphus Bush Sr.““ which is 5 miles south of Big Pine Key
