Bullwinkle - Humble, Texas USA About Me: I have lived in the Houston area all my life. Well almost, I was in the Marine Corps for seven years. People keep shooting at me so I decided to promote myself to civilian. I spent a couple of years in Florida then came back home to Texas. I feel I am pretty well rounded, not literally, culturally. I have to say I am Obsessed with Diving and Offshore fishing. I like to read books. I have a large music collection. I am some what of a movie buff. I like to build things.
Favorite Dive Gear
I favor the Ocianic gear. I have a VT3 I think it is fantastic. I especially like being able to load it on my laptop and analize the data.
Favorite Dive Locations
Hawaii is very nice. Guam seemed to have the most diversity and easy access to other great dive locations. I like diving the rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. That is very convieniant since I live here.
I like baseball alot. gardening is very rewarding. I try to work out in the gym every day. We have a nice one at work so that makes it easy.
Astronomy, physics and history I spend most of my idle time pondering these topics
Fuel, candle Box, Sheryl Crow, The Offspring, Bad Company, ZZ Top
Favorite TV Shows
Myth Busters, Dirty Jobs, The Daily Show
Dr. Strange Love, Little Big Man
Maximum Ride all off them. Nelson Demille is good. I have read all The Steven Hunter books. Clive Custler. I mostly like action and comedy.
The ride out is free!

Sorry to be late but I am in South America doing some work and now I found your question, thanks
Bullwinkle,Goo day sir, hope all is well. Hey, I was thinking about driving down to the gulf and dive some platforms. Do you have any recommendations on where I should go and who I should use to take me out? Also, I have a junior open water diver (son 12 yrs.) would the rig dives be suited for his abilities? Thanks.
Hi, I had a marine friend who step on a mine in Vietnam who went diving with a bunch of friends from the armed forces but long ago I lost his where abouts. I am inviting you to see the first city in America, Santa Marta at the foot of the tallest mountain in the tropic and the fortress build against the pirate´s attacks in Cartagena and dive along these two sites in the Colombian Caribbean, let me know the dates of your stay here to set you up and show you around, thanks
Bullwinkle,Good day sir, hope all is well. Do you live in Houston? I am in Lubbock and looking to dive in the Gulf but I am not to familiar with it down there. I heard the Flower Gardens is good but unpredictable condtions? When is the best time of year to go? Also, are there any other good dive sites, i.e., platforms? Also, I currently have my Advanced & EANx certifications and I am looking for a good instructor (away from Lubbock) to earn my Emergency First responder and Rescue Diver certifications. I would like to spend a week or two down around the Gulf area getting my training. Would you recommend someone down there? I just got back from Roatan and the diving was great down there and the shark dive on Cara A Cara reef was fantastic!!! Laslty, I see you served in the Marine Corp, thanks for your service as all you guys have been and always shall be my HEROES!!! Thank you!! I myself am a military brat as my dad served in the Navy for 31 years.
