Newly hired employees are subject to a 90-day probation period to verify skills, capabilities and suitability to their particular position. Likewise, this gives new employees the opportunity to evaluate Scuba.com as a place to work. After your 90-day probation period at Scuba.com, which may or may not be extended by your supervisor, full-time employees will receive the following benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible for vacation and annual vacations are determined by length of service.

Medical coverage is offered through Aetna. Scuba.com will pay for 80% of the employee's health coverage.
Dental coverage is offered through Guardian Dental. Scuba.com will pay for 80% of the employee's health coverage.
Vision coverage is offered through Guardian Vision (VSP Network). Scuba.com will pay for 80% of the employee's health coverage.
Life coverage is offered through Guardian Life Insurance. Scuba.com will pay for 80% of the employee's health coverage.
Scuba.com offers a 401k plan with matching funds through ADP Retirement Services.
Scuba.com will compensate all full time employees for continuing education as long as it directly relates to their work (basic and advanced scuba, etc.) and is approved by management.
Scuba.com employees have the privilege of purchasing (2) sets of dive gear at special employee pricing, upon approval by management.
Any employee who participates in voting during an election year will receive a $20 bonus. You must be able to provide proof in the form of a sticker or a stub.
