SCUBA.COM BENEFITS PACKAGE

Newly hired employees are subject to a 90-day probation period to verify skills, capabilities and suitability to their particular position. Likewise, this gives new employees the opportunity to evaluate Scuba.com as a place to work. After your 90-day probation period at Scuba.com, which may or may not be extended by your supervisor, full-time employees will receive the following benefits:

Vacation
Full-time employees are eligible for vacation and annual vacations are determined by length of service.

Paid Holidays
The following paid holidays will be observed:

Medical
Medical coverage is offered through Aetna Health. Scuba.com will pay for 80% of the employee's health coverage.

Dental
Dental coverage is offered through Guardian Dental. Scuba.com will pay for 80% of the employee's health coverage.

Vision
Vision coverage is offered through CoPower Financial. Scuba.com will pay for 80% of the employee's health coverage.

Life
Life coverage is offered through Guardian Life Insurance. Scuba.com will pay for 80% of the employee's health coverage.

401K
Scuba.com provides offers a 401k plan with a $1 for $1 match contribution up to 4% pay deferred.

AAA membership

Toll Roads Transponder
If required and mutually agreed upon, Scuba.com employees are provided with a Toll Roads transponder for work purposes.

Continuing Education
Scuba.com will compensate all full time employees for continuing education as long as it directly relates to their work (basic and advanced scuba, etc.) and is approved by management.

Employee Purchases
Scuba.com employees have the privilege of purchasing (2) sets of dive gear at special employee pricing, upon approval by management.

Vote Bonus
Any employee who participates in voting during an election year will receive a $20 bonus. You must be able to provide proof in the form of a sticker or a stub.
