Rating:Ocean Mixed review of Snorkel

My first use of the snorkel was on a whale shark snorkel excursion and it kept flooding from the bottom on me!! I was so upset because I couldnt swim as fast as I could to keep up with the whale sharks because I kept sucking in water! I was ready to throw it away! I used it one more time on another snorkel excursion and it worked just as it should so Im not sure about it.

Rating:ScubaPro Large Bag is Great!

This bag is very large and can handle carrying a lot of items. We were able to fit 5 pairs of fins, booties, masks, and snorkels plus a BC and regulator in it! Took a little creativity and an overweight baggage fee, but we did it! Bag held up well to all of the weight.

Rating:Oceanic Oceanic Ultra Dry Snorkel

I have only used it a few times so far but I really enjoy not having to blow the water out each time to use it.

Rating:Sherwood Poorly designed

The battery hatch is poorly designed and easy to strip if the battery hatch is tightened too much. Instructions say to use a coin but the depth is not curved to fit a coin. Better to use a very large and wide screw driver if you can find one.

Rating:Aeris Jetpack Backpack Delivers the Goods

Ordered the Jetpack Backpack, received it quick from the stellar staff at Scuba.com. Used it as carry on for my diving trip to Turks and Caicos. Held all my carry-on items (laptop, iPad, etc.) easily including smaller dive items I didnt want in my checked luggage. Was the perfect companion for the dive-boat. its small but is able to carry an immense amount of gear if packed correctly. Aeris knocked it out of the ball park with this piece of gear. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a versatile backpack.

Rating:ScubaPro Second skin fit with Protection

The ScubaPro 0.5 mm Profile Steamer wetsuit is a perfect addition for divers in warm water climates. It weighs little in that precious baggage limit and take little space. I prefer this to a rashie or a shortie wetsuit for protection from marine stings and the odd bump or scrape in tight swim throughs when there is a bit of current. It fits like a glove but for me there is a weirdness with the seam that runs around the upper arm that is not evident anywhere else on the suit. However, once wet it presented no restriction to movement or comfort. I am 56″ tall so did not use the thumb stirrups at all but I did use the stirrups under the feet before donning my booties. I am not sure if there would have been any movement or riding-up without them but I had no such movement or issue with the sleeves. I think however these would be most helpful if wearing under another wetsuit.

Id like to give it 4.5 stars

Rating:Scuba Good Bag…Better Price

So far so good…after a week of diving, the bag held two sets of gear (minus BCDs) and should straps held weight with no problems. I hope the integrity of the straps continues to hold, but so far so good!!
