Rating:Oceanic Oceanic Ultra Dry Snorkel

I love this snorkel, it works very well and is replacing my other dry snorkel in my gear.

Rating:ScubaPro Great dive computer

bought this for my daughter, who now has 3 dives on it, and she loves it. the three-button interface is pretty intuitive and easy to use. when you are diving the display is easy to read and shows all important information. we both like the layout better than the “watch style” computers we used in the past the luna display is less cluttered and well thought out. while the luna is larger than many other dive computers, it fits comfortably on the forearm and provides you with a nice large display. hoseless air integration has worked perfectly.

irda connectivity takes a few steps to set up under windows (load drivers, load software, restart windows, etc.), but we had no problems getting it to work. the included software (smartrak) is fine, although it only works under windows (not os x on a mac). if youre using a mac, though, its relatively easy to import your dives into subsurface (open source dive software), which is what i do.

all in all a great computer.

Rating:Sherwood Regulator follow-up support.

This regulator seems not to draw as easily as my previous rig and appears to require more effort to “suck” the air through, no matter how the valve switch is adjusted. This makes the dive rather unpleasant and not relaxing, as one always seems to be obliged to exert an effort to pull the air through. I have contacted Sherwoods own technical support and they inform me that the regulator may require adjustment from the vendor, but scuba.com have not responded to my requests for such support.

Rating:Aqua Smaller sizes only good for tropical usage.

This is an excellent and well thought out BC for travel. However the two smaller sizes XXS/XS and SM/MD are not suitable for colder water or use with a wetsuit. One star for the its design and quality. It appears well made with nice features like a pocket for storage, grommets for mounting a knife sheaf and a quality braided flex hose for the infiltrator along with an attached dust cap. Second star for its fitment. Ins a unisex BC. Black or pink models are identical. They are not cut differently for men or women. However they fit both VERY well with the adjustments. My wife tried on a dozen BCs and found the Zuma to most comfortable and best fit. Especially the tank location does not pull on your shoulder and does not sit too high or low. The final star for its ability to travel light and compact. Completely dry and totally deflated this BC rolls up exceptionally small and can fit into a walmart plastic shopping back with room to spare!
Now the major flaw. The two smaller sizes are only rated at 22lbs of lift and NOT 34lbs as advertised. This worked great for my wife in the pool. And will work great in any other warm water or tropical conditions. However it was a complete disaster recently on a checkout dive at the lake where the water was 45F. My wife was in a 7mm suit with a 5mm core and cover as was I. We both had our BCs maxed out at 20lbs of weights with an additional weight belt. This exceeded the abilities of the smaller sized Zuma. The larger sized Zuma with 34lbs of lift worked well. If the smaller Zuma provided the same 34lbs of lift this could be a 5 star product.

Rating:Trident Most durable and stable float out there

Super well constructed and can you say durable. This float is great for Divers flag. I attached some poly rope and an 8 lb anchor and you have a great dive flag system. I recommend to anyone and the shipping was super fast, great job to scuba.com once again for superior service

Rating:ScubaPro Definitely serviceable

As it is intended as a backup piece of equipment, I did not have need to actually use it. It did perform, when asked, and did not freeflow while making the dives. The hose could probably be a little longer to ease the use. The provided clip to secure the octo is a bit lightweight for most diving conditions.

Rating:Pinnacle Super stretchy

Basically Im happy with the suit. I should have a large tall which was not available on the net to order so I ordered a normal tall which is a tick to short. But because it is so stretchy I didnt have problems to fit.

Getting in however, especially on legs and arms is the hard part. Having underwear like rash guard or similar (panty hose if you fancy) certainly helps.

On the legs, the rubber was grabbing on my foot so firmly that eventually a glued edge/seam burst/teared open. Thats why I give a 4.
I sewed and glued it and now it is fine.

Once in the water, there was no obstacle and the fact that it is very tight on ankle, wrist and neck keeps you warm.

I would buy it again, but this time I would try to get the special size.

Rating:Big Very Bright

This light is very compact for the amount of light you get, I like the idea of removable battery because if Im doing multiple dives all I need is to have extra batteries charged and ready to go, and also as the battery gets old and not holding much charge I just get a new battery instead of paying for a whole light assembly.
