Maluku divers is the first and only dive resort in Ambon. Known for its muck diving, there are so many species of fish present in the Maluku region that specialists cannot give the exact total number, including the elusive “frog fish”, which is only found in this area. What is known is that there are more than 3000 species of fish and several hundred species of corals accounted for with the numbers still rising. Even the healthiest of Caribbean reefs has only 10 or 20 percent of the species diversity of a comparable reef in Maluku.

Our divers know every reef and coral head, and if you stay close they will show you some of the most intriguing creatures ever. July 26 – July 31 2011 Isle Royale National Park, Lake Superior, MI, USA

Join us for five days of amazing Lake Superior Shipwreck diving as we head out and dive the waters of Isle Royale National Park. A true national treasure, Isle Royale has few places in the world as its equal and the diving is “out of this world!” Isle Royale National Park is a wilderness island located 20 miles from the Minnesota shore of Lake Superior.

The diving depths range from 20 feet to 140 feet. There are ( major wrecks including: Chisholm Engine, Cumberland/Chisholm, Cox, America, Emperor Stern and Bow, Congdon Bow, Monarch, Algoma, and the Glenlyon. The water temperature around Isle Royale ranges from 39 to 60 degrees and in places will certainly be less than 45 degrees. Be prepared. A dry suit is recommended. The visibility ranges from 70 feet to 20 feet but generally averages 40 feet.

You will eat and sleep aboard the boat, remaining in the park for the duration of your cruise. During the day we will moor over one or more shipwrecks where you can dive subject to weather, National Park Service regulations. In the evening anchor in a secluded bay or dock at a lakeside campground. We will possibly spend 1 night at Rock Harbor or Windigo which offers showers for a fee ($6.00) and a small convenience store.

July 8 – July 10 2011 Lake Superior Shipwreck Dives, Munising, MI, USA

Join us for Two half days of shipwreck diving in Lake Superior where the water is super clear and area is one of the most beautiful in Michigan. This is a relaxing and rewarding trip with a two tank dive on Saturday afternoon followed by a two tank dive Sunday Morning. We are planning to dive any number of shipwrecks and dive sites in the area including the Bermuda, the Murray Bay Wreck, The Selvik or the Smith Moore. This will be a super fantastic trip to an area not often frequented by Divers in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Rustic Camping is an option if you wish to make the trip super economical but hotel has been arranged at an additional cost. There is no limit to non divers who want to come up and enjoy the weekend. Non Divers are even invited with us on the boat.

September 11 – September 14 2011 Tech 40 Shipwreck Expedition, Lake Huron, MI, USA

Deep Diving in Lake Huron is a fascinating way to explore shipwrecks that few people have ever seen. Join us for three days of incredible Technical diving in the deep, dark, clear waters of Lake Huron. This trip is open to divers with a Deep diver, Tec 40 or other Technical Diving Certification. You are welcome to dive the full limits of your certification, but on this trip they will be strictly enforced. The Destination… the North Channel of Lake Hurons Georgian bay holds wonders for the experienced and advanced shipwreck diver as we explore the Northwind… a fantastic steamer in 100 – 130 of water and the Buckley, a newly discovered shipwreck in about the same depths. This is expedition diving at its best as we have an opportunity to do multiple dives on the same wreck, thoroughly exploring these wrecks both inside and out to the maximum levels of our training and experience.
