I order the product and paid for it promptly, I was emailed that it was out of stock and on back ordered. I was given the option of a color change or wait until my color came in. I emailed back within an hour that I would wait. The other color was shipped anyway. I then had to go through the return process. Instead of then sending the proper color when they came in a refund was processed. I ended up going elsewhere to get the original product in the color I wanted. By the way I received my fins before the refund processed. I will have to really have to reconsider doing business with you in the future. |
