this cruise combines wold class diving beginning in the komodo national park region and extending eastward along the north coast of flores. we will be diving some lesser known dive sites along the way as exciting as better known sites without the crowds. we will be anchoring in beautiful secluded bays where macro life and colorful night dives are prevalent while during the day we may venture out along the miles of beautiful intact coral reefs to the experience lots of pelagic action,often including porpoise and whales and huge shoals of reef fish.
dolphin has a full charter for this adventure, so we can custom design the diving itinerary from the start including visits to traditional villages along the way. we will begin from maumere which is within easy reach by plane from bali. we will visit seventeen islands national park taking in the best dive sites in maumere bay including pomana kecil, north and west pulau babi and pangah batang.
accompanying our charter, will be, arguably, the finest dive guide in all of indonesia. his name is ali, trained and mentored by the late larry smith. many of us have dove with ali and can attest to his engaging personality, keen eye for the critters, and infectious laugh!
