Rating: Deep See Atlantic Medium Sole Classic Zipper Boots
I purchased these boots because all I had at the time was a pair of 3mm short boots. The first time I used these was in 55 degree water. They worked great. They were tall enough to stay tucked under my wetsuit legs and they also fit well in my atomic split fins. I payed double for my wifes pinnacle 5mm boots and they were just short enough that they came untucked repeatedly during our dives. For the money I dont think you can do any better than these boots. |

I just received this item and the fit was perfect. Thats somewhat unusual in ordered products for me. I was also impressed with the quality, price and response from scuba.com. Havent used it in any diving, yet, but expect the best at this point. |

Rating: Durable Boot!!
These boots are great for the price. Unless youre diving daily for a year, I wouldnt spend more than you have to… theyre just boots. They stay on your feet, keep water in and warm, and are very durable. I dive the bejesus out of these and they hold up. The soles are thick, but not too thick as to prevent full mobility. I would buy these again if I lost mine. If 5mm is enough for you, go for it. |
