just had my first chance to try these fins out (only in the pool, since its still winter) really nice fin, lots of power but little drag. seem to have as much thrust as my much longer split fins (mares raptors), but less drag. wouldnt want to wear them barefoot though, but in booties theyre nice.

Ive dove with them in local SoCal conditions and took them to Hawaii last week. they are small and light but dont give up anything in the propultion department. I use predominantly the frog style kick and Ive noticed a moderate improvement in my air consumption. i also have improved control in turning and backing up. I highly recommend these fins to all DIR divers!!
