This is a great camera and Im very happy with it. It has color correction in the video mode and can easily be changed from picture to video underwater. You can set the white balance underwater. I really like the large lens and the crisp clear pictures this camera takes. I would highly recommend this camera and dont think it can be beat for the price for the average photographer.

The camera did a great job Cozumel. Very easy to use for beginners and so much to offer for intermediate camera buffs. I think I’ll be looking at the external flash to give my pictures a little more pop of color from a distance. I look forward to years of great pictures and videos with it. The more experience that I have with it the camera the better the pictures will be. I have some great ones from my trip and I was learning as I went. I will do my best to share them on the website when the holidays are over.

We did lost of research on Cameras and found that for the money this one was the best deal. As far as the camera it is the easiest to operate, both on the land and under water. Switching it in the housing was also very easy. We took it to Cancun in Dec 09 we took over 600 pictures, with the exception of operator error we are very well pleased with the pictures we took. We are not looking to add the external flash.
