Iwhen I spoke to him I did mention that I was without a mask and had a trip coming up that I was hoping I did not have to go buy another mask for and he was nice enough to send me out (next day air mind you) a brand new Mako mask, a back pack and some decals with a note of apology for the delay on the pioneer. Yes it is still frustrating but at least he is trying to make it right.
