|Rating: The perfect light for the beginner
For those of you who are budget conscious new divers, this is one of the best gear investments you can make.I just started scuba diving last summer, and have been renting most of my gear. Many dive shops do not rent dive lights which is a shame because some of the most interesting stuff to see is hidden in darkened nooks and crannies, which is particularly true in the often murky waters of the PNW. This light is easy to use even when fully suited, and amazingly bright. Five stars!

this is a good dive light but what makes it really excellent is the company backup. if it breaks, they will send you a new one. whether it be airport baggage handling or you it off of a cliff, they dont care. the one i have is brand new, but a dive buddy of mine who is an instructor and owns a dive shop in florida only carries this brand.

Very easy out of the box operation and settings. Used it on a recent diving trip to the Bahamas and put it on auto. Was about 50/50 for good shots? Flash did not always fire so operators may want to double up on shots with the flash setting to “on” if using auto mode to ensure images arent underexposed. Otherwise very easy to use. No leaks!
