• Refunds for any returned Free Shipping items will be deducted by the amount of the free shipping incentive from the original order.
• Valid with gift certificates.
• Cancelling, combining, or changing your address may affect Free Shipping availability.

60/120-Day Return Policy

At Scuba.com, we are proud to offer the most flexible return policy in the industry: a 60/120-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our merchandise.

• If it is within 60 days and the items are in new condition with original packaging, there is a 100% credit or refund on any item.
• If it is within 60 days and the items are used or not returned with original packaging, it's not a problem, we will e-mail to you gift certificate for 75% that can be used to purchase any product we sell on the Scuba.com website.
• If it is between 60 - 120 days and the items are in new condition, we will e-mail to you gift certificate for 100% that can be used to purchase any product we sell on the Scuba.com website.
• You never need to contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) – simply include the RMA Form on the back of your receipt or you can download the form at RMA Form. To ensure that your return/exchange is handled in a speedy manner, always include a copy of your receipt.

To return an item, just follow the simply directions below and we’ll take care of the rest!

1. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember to include all warranty cards and manuals.
2. Please include the RMA Form with a copy of your receipt.
3. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.)

In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 60 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. International Shipping Rates

• Customer is responsible for all duty rates, customs and brokerage fees - this amount is automatically calculated when you check out for specific countries (Click Here for Details).
• Due to extra Security measures that are being taken for card holder protection there is a $250 order minimum, or a $25 service charge.
• International orders are shipped by Federal Express/USPS and will be billed at our actual cost.
• International orders can only be shipped to the billing address for the credit card being used or if you want to pay by wire transfer, bankers check or draft we can ship to any address in the world once we receive payment.
• Orders to Canada are charged an additional $20.00 for the entire order and will be shipped via US Mail, which does not allow package tracking. There may be additional taxes and duty fees, and delays as the package goes through customs.

Shipping Details

• All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends) and are guaranteed to be at your door within 14 days to a US zip code. If you request to receive your order in less than 14 days from now, you will be charged extra for shipping in order to get it to you in time.
• We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Stock is subject to prior sale.
• Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
• Orders paid for by bank wire will be subject to a $250 order minimum, or a $25 service charge.
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping guide.
• Scuba.com will only refund Shipping Charges when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued credit to Scuba.com The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.
• Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address to Scuba.com All shippers charge a $10.00 fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These fees will be transferred to the customer, only if the customer provided the incorrect ship-to address.
• Shipping Company will NOT accept special shipping instructions from Dealer, other than "Ship To" Name and Address.
• Exchanges through the mail are also subject to this shipping fee. If we are shipping your order out of state, it is not subject to sales tax (California - 7.75%).
• We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly.
